Writing guides
How to write every format that matters
Every content format has a structure that works — a sequence of sections readers expect and search engines reward — and most writing advice skips it in favor of platitudes. Each guide below is structural: the anatomy of the format, the steps in order, a before/after example, and the specific mistakes that sink it.

Why structure beats style
Style is how a sentence sounds; structure is whether the piece does its job. A case study that buries the result in paragraph nine fails no matter how well it reads. Learn the load-bearing sections of each format first — the direct answer up top, the evidence in the middle, the specific next step at the end — and let style develop inside that frame.
These guides pair well with the idea libraries and calendar templates: pick the idea, schedule it, then write it with the format guide open in a second tab. The pre-publish checklist on each page catches what you missed.
