Data deletion
Effective July 10, 2026
You can ask WriteZu to export or delete your account and workspace data. Disconnect publishing destinations first if you want to revoke access immediately.
Submit a request
Email support@writzu.com from the address used for your account with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the workspace name and whether you want an export before deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request while signed in or verify control of the account.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete the account or workspace records covered by the request, including site profiles, topic maps, calendars, drafts, integration configuration, and stored publishing credentials. Deleting a workspace does not remove articles already published to your own website.
Timing and exceptions
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, or billing records, and may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Those records are isolated from normal product use and removed under the applicable retention schedule.
