30-day content calendars, by industry

A content calendar fails when it's a list of dates with topics guessed into them. These templates work the other way: each one sequences a month of publishing around how customers in that industry actually search — awareness pieces feeding comparison pieces feeding conversion pages — with an editor's note on every entry explaining what makes it land.

How to run a 30-day calendar without burning out

Batch the thinking, not just the writing. Spend one session mapping every entry to a primary keyword and a one-line angle; the writing sessions then start from a brief instead of a blank page. Two focused pieces a week beats five rushed ones — search engines reward the page that covers its topic completely, not the blog that posts most often.

Review at day 30 with three numbers per piece: impressions, clicks, and one conversion signal. Kill the themes that produced nothing, double the ones that moved, and roll the calendar forward. A calendar is a hypothesis; the second month is where it becomes a strategy.
