Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

This policy explains what WriteZu processes when you use the service, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. WriteZu does not sell personal information.

Information we collect

We process account information such as your name, email address, workspace membership, authentication records, subscription state, and support messages.

When you connect a website or publishing destination, we process the site URL, pages selected for analysis, editorial settings, content drafts, integration configuration, and publishing results. Connected credentials are encrypted at rest and are used only to provide the requested integration.

We also collect limited service data such as request timestamps, device and browser information, IP-derived security signals, feature usage, and error logs. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by WriteZu.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, analyze sites you submit, generate and publish content, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the reliability of the service.

Customer content may be sent to contracted AI and infrastructure providers only as needed to perform the feature you requested. WriteZu does not use private customer content to train a public model.

Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers that supply hosting, databases, AI inference, transactional email, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing. They may process data only under our instructions and for the contracted service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. A successor remains subject to this policy for data collected before the transfer.

Retention and security

Account and workspace data is retained while the account is active. Operational backups and security logs may remain for a limited period after deletion. We may retain billing and transaction records where legally required.

We use transport encryption, access controls, tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted integration credentials, and monitored production systems. No online system is risk-free, so you should use a unique password and limit access to your workspace.

Your choices

You may access and update account information in the product, disconnect publishing integrations at any time, and request an export or deletion by following the Data Deletion page. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where local law provides that right.

WriteZu is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so it can be removed.

Contact and changes

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@writzu.com. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the product.
