Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for account credentials, members you invite, and activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

If you use WriteZu for an organization or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms and to submit, analyze, edit, and publish content for the connected sites.

WriteZu analyzes submitted websites, develops topic maps and editorial calendars, generates drafts, and can publish approved or scheduled content to connected destinations. Features and limits vary by plan.

AI-generated research and writing can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, citations, legal or regulated statements, brand suitability, and publication settings. Search rankings, traffic, citations, and revenue are not guaranteed.

You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. You grant WriteZu a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only to operate and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to submitted material and connected accounts. When you enable scheduled or automatic publishing, you authorize WriteZu to publish through that integration until you disable it. You should maintain independent backups of published content.

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, publish deceptive or harmful material, distribute malware, evade access controls, probe other tenants, overload the service, resell access outside an authorized plan, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.

We may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, third parties, or other customers. We will give notice when reasonably possible, but urgent security and abuse cases may require immediate action.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, plan limits, trial length, and whether a card is required are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. You can cancel from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. If payment fails, we may restrict paid features after reasonable notice. Content already published to your site remains there.

WriteZu and its licensors own the service, software, product design, and documentation, excluding your content. If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteZu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate an account for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or prolonged non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export content.

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@writzu.com.
